Yes! Free installation is provided for all orders above ₹8,000. Our certified technician will visit your home and install the purifier professionally at no extra cost.
All SHA Teck water purifiers come with a 2-year comprehensive warranty covering all parts and service. We also offer AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) plans after the warranty period.
Filter replacement depends on your water usage and quality. Generally, pre-filters should be changed every 3-6 months, RO membrane every 12-18 months, and post-carbon filter every 12 months. Our smart LED alert system will notify you when a filter change is needed.
Yes, we deliver Pan India. Free delivery is available on all orders. Installation service is available in most major cities and towns. Contact us to confirm installation availability in your area.
